“Number of gifts allowed” is not working

Hi @kalanya I think the issue is: You cant add ProductX multiple times in the same order (every gift must be unique) no quantity on them, so you must have 10 gifts to give and you should not have overlapping Gift categories.
– Check do you have multiple categories
– Check that you have 10 different gifts

I have 4 different gift categories with different “Slug”.
I have total 16 different gifts.

Is this the right setting for “Giftable for WooCommerce”?

@kalanya check that one of Gift categories doesn’t have limit of 6 then.

– we dont support stacking of gift categories, one Gift category will not overwrite other Gift category

I have 4 different gift categories. Below is the detail:

First category: Customer can select 2 different gifts from 11 different gifts. -> This one work very well!

Second category: Customer can select 4 different gifts from 13 different gifts. -> This one work very well!

Third category: Customer can select 6 different gifts from 15 different gifts. -> This one work very well!

Fourth category: Customer can select 10 different gifts from 16 different gifts. -> Customer can only select 6 gifts here.

Thats stacking/overlapping and we dont support that, as gift categories gets overlaped thats the issue and you are sharing your gifts with different categories.
– Only way to make it work like you want is to have Unique gifts for every Gift category.

*shop should be a simple thing, there is a good reason amazon, ebay etc shops dont complicate things

**have in mind people can re-order things from order history, so using products as gifts will give users the ability to re-order it with a gift if you don’t limit its quantity or if you don’t change the product ID

Hello. I have read thread and cannot see if my simple query has been replied to.

I have a ‘Pay 4 Get 5’ promotion running. For every 4 items purchased within a set category you get 1 free gift from same category.

This is working fine if you order 4.. but is not working in multiples.. i.e. not offering 2 gifts if you purchase 8 items?

please could you advise what the settings should be x

hi @smartoctopus if you read this post again – you will see that Giftable isnt working like that, so the answer is plugin will not work with your use case.
