Number of gifts allowed is set to 1 but some orders shows 3 same gift items

    Same here, the latest order on my site gave the customer 4 extra free items. Please let me know how can this be resolved. Thanks.

    Hi everyone. Same issue here,

    I haven’t found a solution, but I did find the cause of it:

    When someone adds an item to their cart that allows them to select a free gift, the options for the ‘choose your free gift’ pops up. When they select it and click “Add Gifts” it adds the gift. BUT if they click the “Add Gifts” button multiple times before the page loads, it registers each of those clicks and adds a free gift for each click.

    The plugin is obviously broken and the author no longer supports it, so I recommend finding a new plugin that can correctly perform what you’re trying to accomplish.
