Number of items in cart not showing on Cart menu item

  • Hi All,

    I hope someone may be able to assist with this. I’ve added WooCommerce as usual to the site below and all looks well however when the user adds a booking (or a test regular WooCommerce product), the cart menu (in this case, called “Basket”) does not have the number of bookings appear as a number – so, for instance, Basket (1), Basket (2) etc.

    Any assistance gratefully appreciated!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I checked your website and was able to notice the issue on the site.

    The first step to figure out is to make sure that the Cart and Checkout pages are not being cached. You can check that with your host.

    Also, if you have any caching plugins, please disable them and see if the issue persists.

    If this does not work, please let us know so we can continue to assist you. When you do, please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
