Number of product per page

Hi, I am facing the same problem. It is not possible to change number of products per page in “customize” menu, there are always 9 products. Please help us out.

if no other plugin is used, the number of archive posts is set in WordPress under Settings -> Read.

It’s working fine with me. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Maybe there’s another plugin that causes this? Try to deactivate all installed plugins and leave only WooCommerce.

I have a similar problem. There is no way to change the number of products per page. In my case, either it always shows 9 or if I deactivate all the plugins it shows the total number of products, without pagination. Was any solution found for this? Thanks!

Sorry for the long response time, I didn’t see it! I made a screen shot of the page in question (picture 1).
You can see that at the bottom, you have to go to the second page to see the rest of the products whereas in “Appearance”, I put that I wanted 14 products per page (picture 2). Could you please help me?

What happen if you temporarily try switching the theme to the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront? Are you facing the same thing?
