    Thanks for trying my plugin!

    The plugin is not directly responsible for output of reviews. Reviews are first rendered by your theme and the plugin then adds certain enhancements to them.

    Can you please try using one of the standard themes provided WordPress and check if it resolves your problem?

    The reviews are there, i can see them in the comments, but the number of reviews is not displaying next to the stars, and thus it is not hyper linking so that one can click on it to open the comments.

    The theme I am using is AVADA which is one of the most popular themes, and i dont mind paying for your plugin too if i am sure it is working

    If reviews are there and you can see them from the backend, then the problem is probably related to your theme.

    Please deactivate my plugin and try to submit a review manually from the product page. I checked your product page but couldn’t find a form to submit a review. If there is no form to submit a review, please try temporarily switching to one of the standard WordPress themes and see if this fixes the problem.

    Also, this is kind of obvious but can you please double check that reviews are enabled in WooCommerce settings (on “Products” tab)?

    only people that have made a purchase can leave a review.
    I can see the reviews in the comments page.
    I can also see the stars on the products page, but the stars are not hyper linked and you cannot open the histogram nor read the review the customer has left.
    Reviews are enabled on woocommerce.

    The theme of course want to push and sell their reviews plugin, i dont like it. I like this one, i want it to work and i want to pay for it

    I disabled all my other plugins and then checked and still it does not work

    I think i know now what the problem is.

    It is the latest version of AVADA that might be causing this.
    I have one site running on 5.4.1 and your plugin works beautifully!!!

    And another 2 sites that i updated yesterday to 5.4.2 and these are causing problems.
    Any suggestions what i can do?

    As I wrote earlier, my suggestion is that you should confirm that the issue is in your theme by trying to temporarily activate some of the standard themes. If the test shows that the issue is indeed related to your theme, then you should post a message on the support forum of your theme.
