    Hello there!

I hope you’re doing well. Could you please take a moment to review the course settings in the course builder at https://prnt.sc/pgCj3r8WNErh? In the settings, there’s a field where you can manually enter the number of current students. It’s possible that someone may have entered “24,” which is why you’re seeing that number displayed. However, if you check the “Course > Manage Students” section, you’ll see 0, the actual number of students enrolled in the course.

Could you take a look and let me know if this resolves the issue?

    Warm regards,

    Lisa

Thanks Lisa I updated it to the real number of students, but it will update automatically every time a new student adds the course? And what about the number of views? I need this two numbers to always show the real value

    Hello there!

    Thank you for your request.

You’re absolutely right about this. The automatic updating of student numbers and views is would be correct.

However, it’s important to consider that we have a diverse range of clients utilizing MasterStudy LMS to build their online education platforms. Each client has different preferences; some prefer to display these metrics, while others prefer not to, especially if they have fewer reviews or enrolled students.

The current option to manually enter the number of students and views for the course caters well to both types of users—those like you who wish to display the information and others who prefer to keep it hidden. Additionally, it’s also beneficial for providing an approximate number. For instance, you could simply enter “over 100 students” to give an idea of the course’s popularity.

I hope this response clarifies things for you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

    Warm regards, Lisa

Thanks a lot Lisa. So I shouldn’t be worried that the students number will de sync from the real one? Or that is not going to happen

Everytime a student adds the course, the stuendt number of the course increases randomly, I want the real number of students please, is there any way to get it?

The real number of the students you can count from the MS LMS > courses section by selecting to the Manage Students [screenshot], here will be all the students who enrolled to the course. So you can use this number and by editing the course you can use this number for the student’s current number

    Best regards

Hi, yes I had done that but then in the front end the number gets updated randomly, it does not stay as it should showing the real number with the new students

Can you provide details on when exactly the number increasing randomly? When new student enrolling to this course, or when you are updating the course?

    Best regards
