Number of users not accurate

I’m trying to run my first reports but there seems to be a problem with how many users it’s finding. EG, I’m running a report on a Memberpress subscription that has about 50 subscribers, but it’s only finding 1:
Total number of users: 1
Total number of logins in database to process: 4,680https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/export-for-memberpress/

Hi, Cameronreilly, im not sure how are you adding the users, but they must have Active Memberships + Transaction.
– MemberPress Membership + MemberPress Transaction = MemberPress User, if you are adding dummy users and manual adding just membership to them, thats not enough.
-Could you post a screenshot of your MemberPress > Transactions?
