Number of views does not count, when someone play a video in my website

  • Hello friends,

    I need some help, because in my website i embed my youtube channel, but when someone play a video, it does not count like a view. for me is very important to count all interaction in my channel, to make it grow.

    Please help me to check this out, and let me know if maybe i just forgot something.

    Hi @lifeandina,

    Thank you for your question.

    For the views from player. The Youtube will not accept the views with auto play mode.

    Please turn off that, then you have to press play button then check the count again.

    hi,

    thanks for your answer. I make the changes, and notice the difference. But right now, i see when someone get in to my website and play a video, this view count, but if that person play another person it doesnt count. i was making tests, and notice to count the second view, the person should reload the website.

    it is posible to change this bad news?
