Number of words varies according to the file type

  • I am having an issue that shocks me. When I enter the same text in different file types: doc, docx, txt, pdf… the plugin reads different amounts of words in them. I don’t know if this is happening only to me or if it is an overall problem. For exampole: if I make a text and it has 9 words, the amount of words are not shown properly in the plugin and it even varies depending on the file type, but none of them shows 9, but instead docx has 13, txt has 7… Am I the only one? Can someone run some tests so I know if it is just only me and if it is, what am I doing wrong?

    We didn’t notice this during our initial testing, and I haven’t had any other reports of it, but we really don’t have many users of this plugin as of yet.

    I will have our developer see if he can reproduce this and get to the bottom of it.

    We have been unable to reproduce this problem. Could you provide a copy of the document you’re uploading that’s causing this?
