numbered lists and list issue

I have two problems both with lists on webpage https://www.wackynation.com/our-events/reverse-running

The first, is on reverse running the beginners guide (at the bottom of my webpage). I have set up so that I have a numbered list but this is not appearing. How do I get this to work please?

The second is that under the event category section (near the top), I would like to have the UK Backward Run, Team Challenge and Forever Manchester Backward Fun Run to not have huge paragraph spaces between them. I would like to have them looking more like a list with a small space between each event title and info.
