Numbering counter doesn’t show up..

  • Hi team,

    We are using an easy table of content widget in our sidebar. We have set the counter as “numeric” in ETOC settings but it didn’t show up in actual widget.

    Can you help us fix this?

    If possible, Can you please check once if is there any conflict? Can you please check once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site and let us know back if there is any conflict? So that we will help you accordingly to resolve the issue.

    I tried deactivating each plugin one by one but it didn’t work. I have downgraded to “2.0.31” version and now its working. Please let me know if there is any other way to fixed this issue in upgraded version.

    Can you please let me know which WordPress theme you are using currently at your end?

    I have the same problem with the same configuration.
    I am using Hello Theme.

    We recently pushed the latest update 2.0.35.2. Can you please check once by updating the plugin to the latest version and let us know back if it works? So that we will help you accordingly to resolve your issue.
