    So, I have a form with quite a few questions.

    Example – Question one has a label thus – 1. This is question one.

    when this is received by its email recipient it becomes 1. 1. This is question one. Not what is required.

    I can remove the ‘1’ from the label but that then, of course, removes the number from the displayed form. Again not what i want.

    Any suggestions, anuyone, please?

    Wow. So I removed all of the numbers in the labels. That seemed logical given forminator was applying its own numbers. No. I have two sections. One with 15 questions – they are numbered in sequence correctly.

    The remaining section has tiles in the form of html blocks. Forminator is, apparently, treating these as individual sections. So instead of sequential numbers 1 to 51. I now have little blocks such as 1-6 1-8, etc. Absolutely, useless.

    Another plugin that worked and now doesn’t. Hours wasted.

    Hello @mike1503

    I trust you are doing well!

    Email notification in Forminator is customizable. Instead of using {all_fields} macro that places all the submitted information in a list, add an individual macro data for each question that you need, and add your own custom label.

    Doesn’t really answer my question. Besides me not understanding any of that. Why is the first section numbered 1-15 – fine. Then the next section, entirely differently?

    Does not make any sense whatsoever.

    I’ve done as you suggested. Example of the fields in the notification email:
    {radio-1}
    {radio-2}
    {radio-3}
    {radio-4}
    {radio-5}
    {radio-6}
    {html-5}
    {radio-7}
    {radio-10}
    {radio-9}
    {radio-8}
    {html-6}
    {radio-11}
    {radio-13}
    {radio-14}
    {radio-12}
    {radio-7}
    {radio-15}
    {radio-28}
    {radio-27}
    {radio-26}
    {radio-25}
    {radio-24}
    {radio-23}
    {radio-22}
    {radio-21}
    {radio-20}
    {radio-19}
    {radio-18}
    {radio-17}
    {radio-16}
    {radio-29}
    {html-8}
    {select-16}
    {radio-30}
    {radio-31}
    {radio-33}
    {radio-32}
    {html-9}
    {radio-34}
    {radio-39}
    {radio-38}
    {radio-37}
    {radio-35}
    {radio-36}
    {html-10}
    {radio-40}
    {radio-45}
    {radio-44}
    {radio-43}
    {radio-42}
    {html-11}
    {radio-46}
    {radio-51}
    {radio-50}
    {radio-49}
    {radio-48}
    {radio-47}

    These should be number sequentially -1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, etc. They are not. Whereever there is an htm; field – the numbering starts again.

    OK, I’ve got this sorted. Probably the hard way. I edited the form in word – inserted the codes in the right places and pasted it back into forminator – that worked. Thanks for your help.
