    Since the bug when the Plugin failed to issue sequential numbers, I have two problems.

    Firstly, the one order placed whilst the buggy version was live STILL has the wrong order number.

    BUT, we also sell via a POS Plugin. Those orders always used to follow in the same sequence. Now, they are following a sequence of their own!

    I really need to get this fixed ASAP. Please help!!!

    Hi @doggieboat,

    We have fixed the bug in our latest release.

    For the orders that came in between the 2 updates, the order numbers will be set the same as the order_id which is causing this confusion. While the update fixed the sequence, the order number already generated should be manually updated to fix the issue. Please make use of this code snippet to update the order number for the orders that are missing in the sequence.

    Let us know if any concerns or queries regarding the snippet.

    As for the POS plugin issue, please share its link if it is a free plugin so that we can test it.
