    I have tried many ways to copy and post then hand typed the info. Every time either the numbers run in a single column or they ended up all together with no spacing. I looked in Customize>layout and setup and in the Setting>writing but I could not find what I needed to fix this. I feel like the answer is right in front of me staring at me.
    It is supposed to look like this
    Average temperatures and rainfall for the Costa Alegre region:
    Month High Temp Low Temp Rainfall Ocean Temp
    January 72*F 63*F 0.9 in. 81*F
    February 75*F 64*F 0.5 in. 79*F
    March 78*F 65*F 0.0 in. 77*F
    April 84*F 66*F 0.0 in. 75*F
    May 87*F 71*F 0.1 in. 77*F
    June 92*F 77*F 4.0 in. 83*F
    July 95*F 76*F 4.0 in. 84*F
    August 95*F 76*F 5.4 in. 85*F
    September 93*F 75*F 15.0 in. 85*F
    October 89*F 76*F 5.0 in. 83*F
    November 82*F 70*F 0.7 in. 81*F
    December 75*F 67*F 2.1 in. 80*F

    But comes out looking like this.

    Average temperatures and rainfall for the Costa Alegre region:
    Month High Temp Low Temp Rainfall Ocean Temp
    January 72*F 63*F 0.9 in. 81*F
    February 75*F 64*F 0.5 in. 79*F
    March 78*F 65*F 0.0 in. 77*F
    April 84*F 66*F 0.0 in. 75*F
    May 87*F 71*F 0.1 in. 77*F
    June 92*F 77*F 4.0 in. 83*F
    July 95*F 76*F 4.0 in. 84*F
    August 95*F 76*F 5.4 in. 85*F
    September 93*F 75*F 15.0 in. 85*F
    October 89*F 76*F 5.0 in. 83*F
    November 82*F 70*F 0.7 in. 81*F
    December 75*F 67*F 2.1 in. 80*F

    Well that example did not work,I will try again if it fails again there is a row on top with spacing Month,high temp,low temp,rainfall and ocean temp. The correlating rows below that.

    Maybe it is not this theme but wordpress in general. I can copy and paste this into an email or word and it come out correct.

    Hello!

    You’re correct; this is a formatting issue related to the WordPress Editor. Adding a break tag to the end of each line may fix this problem.

    Not sure how it was fixed. I downloaded the newer version and redid the chart and this time it worked. Glad it works and I am not going to question how or why. chalacatepec.

    Well I should have let the sleeping dog lie. I noticed an extra space between paragraphs in the text above my chart. Removing the extra space somehow messed up the columns in my chart.

    The temp should be on the the same line as Ocean but I guess this screen is too narrow. I did not notice the

      and the

    before
    and I have a feeling it is needed.

    Below was copied from my site but the columns are more pushed to the left. Funny it does not show up here with a copy and paste. Any ideas.My site is coastalpropertiesofmexico.com on the Costa alegre page.

    well the above looks nothing like what I just had in this screen. You can see what I meant on my site.

    Given the nature of your data, you might be better off using a table instead of trying to align the data using spaces:

    <table>
      <tr>
        <td>Month</td>
        <td>High Temp</td>
        <td>Low Temp</td>
        <td>Rainfall</td>
        <td>Ocean Temp</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
        <td>January</td>
        <td>72* F</td>
        <td>63* F</td>
        <td>0.9 in</td>
        <td>81* F</td>
      </tr>
      ...
    </table>

    I appreciate your response,even though is could be in Russian with their alphabet. I am assuming if I copy what you generously took your time to post I will end up with a horizontal looking table. I have tried copying and pasting this doc. in different formats with no luck. I hate it when something works and you do not know how or why,as why the hell did this work a few days ago and not now. I will try what you are suggesting and will get back by tomorrow as I only type about 3 letters a min. I should never be let near a computer as I make Old School look fresh. All I almost know how to send a simple email.
    I appreciate you taking your time to help.

    I wanted to get back to thank you for trying to help me. It was too narrow format and only Jan worked. I started Feb right after the </tr> and it just runs straight across from feb forward I then went back and put it so it read
    </tr>
    <tr>
    But that did not help. I am just going to remove wp and the theme and start all over. It worked the first time so something must be gaked up with the programs.

    Did you remember to wrap each individual item within a <td> tag? If it helps, think of it like this:

    Each <tr> is a row of the table, and each <td> is a column of the table. In your case, your table has five columns: Month, High Temp, Low Temp, Rainfall, and Ocean Temp, so you need five <td>s in each <tr>. Your table has 13 rows, one for each month and one showing the headings, so you need 13 <tr>s.
