Numbers in header not displaying

Hi, I have a telephone number in my header.
e.g. +44 (0) 333 4567
and it diplays on destop, but not on mobile or tablet.
If I use just words instead of a number
e.g. telephone
It displays on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Any ideas?????
