Numeric List With Reversed Numbers Not Working

I have 2 numeric lists on this page. The first is supposed to count down from 40 to 2 and the second is a single entry, #1.
In edit mode (block editor) this displays correctly, but having published the page, the lists both start at 1.
I posted in the main WP forums and they suggested it’s a problem with Customizr:
