    Hi Nabil,

Thank you for your assistance with this. I’m wondering what settings I need to use to have the evergreen timer reset to 5 days for all new visitors.

Currently, I have a caching plugin called Hummingbird and Cloudflare set up.

People who are visiting this page are seeing the redirected page because they’re seeing the expired timer.

I would appreciate your help with this.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi Nabil,

So I’ve updated the plugin and I can see that there is an option to reboot the timers.

I did that, but my latest issue is that the timers are no longer visible. So I can’t tell if anything I did worked.

I wonder if you have any ideas about what might be happening.

    Hi @kindnessville

    Thank for reporting that,

Can you screenshot the Schedule and Actions tab?

    Best,
    Nabil
