Numerous Errors: Intermittently blocked from site?

I have a shared hosting plan, and I am getting hundreds of these errors, and they all apply to my IP address:

I get that same series of errors over and over again repeating. Is it blocking me? I appear to be blocked from my entire server when this happens, not just this site. Any idea what these errors mean?
