Numerous RTL Layout Issues
-
Dear Master Study LMS Pro Support Team,
I am writing to express my concerns and frustration regarding the persistent RTL (Right-to-Left) layout issues in your learning management system. As a longtime user of Master Study, I have been encountering numerous problems that significantly impact the user experience for RTL languages.
The issues I have observed include, but are not limited to:
- Misaligned icons: The icons throughout the platform appear misaligned and do not adapt properly to the RTL layout, causing confusion and hindering navigation.
- Incorrect arrow directions: The arrows used for navigation and indication purposes are not mirrored correctly in the RTL layout, leading to a counterintuitive user experience.
- Audio player layout: The audio player’s layout does not adapt to the RTL format, making it difficult for users to control and interact with the player effectively.
- Button placement: The placement and alignment of buttons in the RTL layout are inconsistent and do not follow the expected right-to-left flow, causing confusion and frustration for users.
- The X buttons, the login buttons, and more…
These issues, along with many others, have persisted for an extended period, and I have not observed any significant attention or effort from your team to address and resolve them. As a loyal user of Master Study, I strongly urge you to prioritize fixing these RTL layout problems to ensure an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all users, regardless of their language preferences.
I understand that addressing such issues may require time and resources, but I believe it is crucial for the success and reputation of your platform to provide an equitable learning environment for all users. I kindly request that you provide me with an update on your plans and timeline for resolving these RTL layout issues.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon and seeing the necessary improvements implemented in the Master Study LMS Pro platform.
Sincerely,
