Nutrition table indication protein

`Hello,
a customer of mine (nutritionist) uses this plugin (pro version) on my em and would like to know if it is possible to disable the indication of the percentages in the protein requirement.
The values that come out there are probably so not at all in line with the values that he has otherwise calculated for his dishes.

Direct customer question: “Is it possible to deactivate the percentage information in the nutritional values?
Because the protein requirement isn’t right at all.”
