nv.d3.css missing?

    nv.d3.css is commented out from code.

    It was another choice to try borrow ‘line’ drawing but it never succeeded to work with simpleCharts approach. We use rickshaw lib for that purpose now.

    Confusing? So, I will remove lines from next ver ??

    Nice charts drawing lib too – indeed.

    Two notes here:
    * jgplot uses canvas (=pixels) as its output (=opposite to svg elements =vectors)
    * it is not based on d3.js but 1 author own coding effort => more limited speed of improvements

    I think, these are disadvantages but you are free to port it over our work as a different wp plugin taking account the position of open sources for both.
