OAuth Authentication Failed…

  • Hi.

    I am getting a failure on the updated plugin when trying to authenticate with Twitter:

    OAuth Authentication Failed. Your server time is not in sync with the Twitter servers. Talk to your hosting service to see what can be done.

    But the twitter time check on the plugin page says everything looks good:

    Your server time: Mon, 23-Apr-2018 14:40:38 UTC
    Twitter’s server time: Mon, 23-Apr-2018 14:40:38 UTC

    Your server timezone: UTC
    Your time stamp matches the Twitter server time

    Also my hosting provider says the timestamp on my sever looks good as well.

    I’ve put in the keys and access tokens several times, but it always fails with this message.

    This is a bug caused by an extra ‘=’ sign in the connection code; I’m releasing an update shortly to fix the issue.
