    Every time try to authorize Constant Contact end up with this message:

    “The link you followed has expired.”

    It seems to authorize from CC’s side, but then gets this message when it tries to pass back. Tried both the current and legacy options, legacy gives an additional Allow prompt on CC’s side.

    Is there something that could be blocking the oauth return? Did try disabling caching & security plugins and confirmed no firewall blocks were triggered.

    Hello,

    Please try disabling all plugins but MailOptin and try re-authorising again.

    Do note that if you are using the new Constant Contact v3 integration, you are only permitted to use a CC account with one site you are using mailoptin on.

    That’s a limitation by CC. However, you can use the Legacy CC integration in MailOptin. It doesn’t have this limitation.

    The only limitation with the legacy integration is that it doesn’t support custom fields.

    Everytime I tried to connect Constant Contact with WP Mail Optin I was getting the same error “The link you followed has expired” and I spent about 3 hours trying to solve it. Deactivating all the plugins allowed me to reconnect in a second, and then I switched all of my plugins back on and it works fine now. Thank you!

    Hello, appreciate the assistance. Was able to schedule off-hours time over weekend and get this resolved by disabling plugins as directed. Thanks & have a great day.
