    Hey,

We have recently changed our UPS password, and I think this may have undone our authorization via OAuth – Rest API. When I try to reconnect the API, I get a API connection status 250002: Invalid Authentication Information.

So I tried running debug mode, but I did not see any of the debug options listed in the manual. Now I’m not sure how to handle the issue. In fact, my other plugin for filtering in the sidebar does not respond when I use it, but this only happens when I sign in as an administrator. I’m also unable to get pass billing information of the checkout process, but only in admin.

    Please advise?

    Thanks,

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I’ll be happy to help.

The error “250002: Invalid Authentication Information” suggests there is a problem with the credentials used for the UPS API.

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Double-check the UPS credentials in the plugin settings to ensure they are accurate and match those provided during the UPS account setup.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try re-entering the credentials.
    3. Verify that your server time is correctly set, as this can affect authentication processes.

We had several issues reported due to this topic, and we are waiting for the response from the UPS as it seems to be on their side.

    I double-check our credentials, it’s all good
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try re-entering the credentials.

I cleared both cache and cookies for time range, All time
    3. Verify that your server time is correctly set, as this can affect authentication pro

I set the time zone for our location using the UTC option

Unfortunately, I’m still unable to get an OK status. Please advise for more solutions. Thanks for the assistance.

Running into the same issue. Followed the steps shown above as well. Looking forward to the responses. Thanks.
