OAuth signature does not match

I use WP REST API v2.0-beta13.1 and WP REST API – OAuth 1.0a Server v0.2.1. According to official docs (https://v2.wp-api.org/guide/authentication/#oauth-authentication) I installed Example OAuth Client(https://github.com/WP-API/example-client). So on the 2nd Step (Step 2: Input Credentials) I get:
Received HTTP status code [401] with message “OAuth signature does not match ” when getting temporary credentials.
What’s wrong?
