Object has no customsvalue property

Hi there,

I have the same exact issue, that is I am trying to ship a package from Germany to Switzerland. One of the items in the order is 0€, but this is because it is a free gift.

It is not possible to offer a free gift when shipping outside of the EU with this plugin?
