Object not found errpr

  • Hi,

    I have developed word press multi site by using xampp localhost.
    I have done all the settings i edited .htaccess file and i edited wpcofig.php file , but while opening the new site dashboard i am getting object not found error.
    please help me out on this.

    When opening the new site dashboard it is showing fallowing error message.

    Object not found!

    The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

    If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

    localhost
    Apache/2.4.2 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1c PHP/5.4.4

    Does anything work? Can you see the readme.html or the license.txt that are in the root of a new WordPress install?
