    Hi there @samflynn,

I’m not sure if I quite understand the issue you are experiencing. The screenshot you sent is not working and I’m not seeing how this issue is related to MailPoet.

Can you please give us more details?

    Hey @samflynn,

Thanks for clarifying. I’ve never seen this error before. It’s pretty odd.

Could you please follow the instructions to?re-install the plugin via FTP?and let me know if it works?

Don’t worry,?you won’t lose any data from the plugin.

I did everything according to the instructions, the result is the same.

I wanted to solve the problem through Health Check & Troubleshooting, but did not help

I am having the exact same issue. I get the same error message and after updating not only did this website crash, but I got so many IO operations firing in a single second that it crashed all the websites on my server. I have disabled the plugin until a clear solution can be provided. Anyone?

    Error message example

This occurs when I click on the mailpoet menu in dashboard.

Maybe this is due to the problem of SSL which occurred all over the world from 30.09.2021?

    Hi there @setupandsell and @samflynn,

Can you please use the Query Monitor plugin and check the logs on the MailPoet page? Here is the link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/query-monitor/

It can shed some light on what’s going on.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

@treibalen Not to be rude but … how?

If I turn on the recent version of your plugin then all my (and my client’s websites crash now) from server IO resource overload specifically from mailpoet.

Which I obviously can’t allow to happen. I’ve downgraded to 2.0 and the problem was solved, but that still sucks as a solution.

In order to find the issue, perhaps you’d prefer if I do something else?

    Hi there @setupandsell,

The Query Monitor helps determine which SQL query is returning the error you see.

If you can’t enable the MailPoet plugin, is it possible to get the related SQL errors from your host? They will need to know the day and time when it happened.

Please share the error here for us to take a look.

    Hi @treibalen
I have just updated both WordPress 5.8.1 and MailPoet 3.72.0. I am too getting this error “More than one result was found for query although one row or none was expected.”

Have reinstalled the plugin and still getting this error.

I installed the Query Monitor but have no idea how to read what is happening. I have taken a screenshot of the Query but still no idea

This was working last month so I have no idea why it has stopped. Hope you can help.

    Hi all,

I’m sorry for the delay. Before bringing this case to our developers, could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?

    Thread Starter samflynn

    (@samflynn)

We have removed the entire mailing list. Deleted all records altogether. And the problem went away. Everything began to work as it should. I did not do it myself. Information from the words of my colleague. Only I didn’t tell her what she meant “base and records”.

    Hi there @samflynn, @tigweb, and @setupandsell,

Our developers released a fix for this bug in MailPoet 3.73.2.

Can you please update it and check if the issue persists?

    Elvira K.

    (@treibalen)

    And one more thing:

If the issue still happens after the update, you can try the following workaround (until another fix is released):

This happens when there are two scheduled tasks on the database table mailpoet_scheduled_tasks with the type
subscribers_count_cache_recalculation. You can delete them and that should help.

I recommend creating a backup of this table before making such changes.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Hopefully that fix in MailPoet version 3.73.2 did the trick for you!

If you have any further questions, please start a new thread.

    Have a wonderful day!
