Occasional V6111 and V6010 error

So it looks like we’re getting a similar error to previous posters.
- We get the v6111 and v6010 error messages from Eway on ‘some’ orders
- They have confirmed that those transactions ARE being sent unencrypted
- This doesn’t effect all orders (3 in the last 3 months – out of ~100 orders)
- The client side authentication key is definitely included in the plugin
- It appears it occasionally happens when an order includes a discounted event/product to $0 plus a donation amount. Occasionally resubmitting the order appears to then work. In other cases it makes no difference.
- It’s custom-build plugin.
The question is why would the plugin EVER need to send an unencrypted transaction?
Surely anything going to Eway would need to be encrypted.We found your plugin after the official Eway plugin was trashed given performance problems.
They pointed us in the your direction.Otherwise it works great. Here’s hoping you can assist.
