Occurrence with plugin update

    I noticed that after updating the plugin the personalization of the emails and the language are overwritten with the default ones.
    How can I keep them in the child theme?

    Hi @alfie84,

    Which order status email you do the personalization? You did any changes in the plugin files of the order status emails.
    For the language files which language are you using and how you did changes in them?

    I customized email for shipped and delivered status.
    I use pt_BR lanuguage (effectively I use pt_PT and I translated to brazilian poe file).

    Hi, if you edit a plugin files and update the plugin your changes will be lost..
    If you want to translate the plugin, you should use translation plugin, such as Loco Translations.
