Hello,

I’m working on redesigning my theme using OceanWP and installed the Ocean Extra Plugin. Once I did that the featured images on the blog page are no longer showing AND there is a weird funky menu at the very bottom of every page.

I disabled all my plugins and reactivated each, and have narrowed it down to Ocean Extra causing the conflict. I even deactivated all the plugins and only had Ocean Extra activated and the still had the same issue.

I’m considering purchasing the extension pack too, but I won’t be able to do that if I can’t get this figured out ??

Hello, you are using the latest version of OceanWP and Ocean Extra?
What is your PHP version? If it is not 7.0 or 7.1, ask your web host to increase it to the latest version and see it solves the issue.

Ok, I’ve got the latest version of the theme and the plugin. I don’t have PHP7, yet it’s on my list to get it done. I’ll do that and see what happens and reach out again if it doesn’t fix the issue.

Hello, i am having the same issue on my site clairecamp.com/blog I have chatted with bluehost and they updated my PHP version to 7 but it is still not working. When I remove ocean extra the image appears but when activated the feature image does not appear… we troubleshooted everything and still no image. what would you recommend?
