Ocean Extra and Elementor Plugins causing Error 500

  • I just got this site I’m managing. I noticed that when I install either elementor or ocean extra plugin, I get an error 500 message anytime I try to access the wp dashboard.

    Also, I tried installing WP 5.2.2 but when I do, I get a message that my PHP version is less than 5.4. So I accessed CPanel and discovered that my PHP version is 7.2.

    Is there anyone that can help?

    Fix that first. You may have enabled 7.2 in cPanel, but it may not be what your web server is being told to use. This can be set in .htacess on some hosts; I suggest contacting your host about this.
