Ocean Extra blocks items in Appearance > Customize

Hi there,
I have a problem with OceanWP theme / Ocean Extra plugin. With this plugin activated I do not have Header and Top Bar sections in Appearance > Customize menu.
With Ocean Extra plugin switched off, I have these 2 options back.
But I do need Ocean Extra – Ocean Elementor Widgets plugin doesn’t work without it.
Originally I had these options available. Unfortunately I cannot figure out when the trouble appeared.
PHP version is the latest one and memory limit 256
May be you have an idea, what to do?
