The plugin is causing Elementor to lose formatting and design. Only when I deactivate the plugin do I get the design back except for the features I normally disable (page titles, footer specifications, etc.). Is this being addressed? I need this plugin to work on my client’s website.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Try to disable all the plugins except the ocean extra and elementor, and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

I did this and that how I know the Ocean Extra and the Litespeed plugins are the ones removing the design. I changed themes and it did not happen then.

I still need assistance with this. I disabled the plugins, refreshed the pages, changed themes, but the problem is still there. Help is appreciated. The site works only in the staging environment, not the live site.

    Hello,

If you are experiencing the same issue with the other theme, then the issue is unrelated to the theme.

Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.?
