Ocean Extra not working

  • I made a new site and installed a few plugins.
    I have Ocean Extra installed and activated, but for some reason, I am not able to use it. When editing a page in WordPress, the complete OceanWP menu doesn’t show up.
    I don’t get any errors, it’s just like the plugin doesn’t exist.
    I am quite new to WordPress, but have used it and Ocean Extra before. I have also checked if the plugin is in the right folder and tried to reinstall it.
    I have WordPress installed locally.
    How do I fix it?

    In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    Hello,

    there are no OceanWP settings, where I can access the report. I completely reinstalled MAMP and tried to create a new Site. Still, its not working. Other plugins like Elementor work.

    Hello Sorry to here that you are experiecning the issue.

    That seems you are not using the latest version of OceanWP theme, Please go to Appearance > Theme, upgrade to the latest version and check.

    And for the system Info, please go to Dashboard > Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look

    I also have the same problem. Fresh install in Lightsail. Appearance > Theme and there is no Oceam there to update.
