Ocean Extra Plugin Issue

    Hi there,

    Just to let you know that there is a serious issue with Ocean Extra plugin. And i am sure about it since various people who are many years in the scene mentioned this when they checked the specific website.

    Also, i have disabled all the plugins of the website and enabled it one by one and saw that everything works fine except when ocean extra plugin is enabled. As soon as it is enabled the website is having 500 errors and it is running ridiculously slowly.

    You should really pull out an update about it as it was perfectly fine up until the last update which i believe is the one that caused the specific issue.

    I hop you can find a solution about it as soon as possible so i can then update the plugin and let it work fine. In the meantime, i will keep it disabled as the website now lost a huge amount of traffic.

    And also forgot to mention that the website memory is not an issue for sure and also php is already version 7. Currently using Ocean WP theme and Ocean Child theme as well if that makes anything different.

    Hello @stavrosomo, I would need more details to be able to know what can cause this, could you tell me if you have done something specific in the plugin settings?
    Unfortunately, the WordPress forum is very limited at support, for example, we cannot ask you your login details to find out what can be wrong, so I will need you to tell me exactly how can I replicate the issue to see it and be able to fix it.
