Ocean Mist Theme – Right Side Bar Spacing

  • We are using the older verison of Ocean Mist. I am not really experienced in CSS or HTML, but could make changes if I knew what to add. Our blog is https://www.MaineRealEstateNews.com and my question is – on the right side bar how can I get some spacing below the last page bar – similar spacing to the other right hand features?

    Actually, I think my problem has to do with space just under the header photo – somehome an extra space has been added, which is throwing off the side bar spacing and the spacing at the bottom of the page as well. Please take a look at the site and you will see what I mean.

    Can anyone advise me how to correct this problem?
