• Hi there =)
I’m using WordPress with the theme OceanWP and the carousel plugin “Ocean Posts Slider”

When I’m logged in and visiting the website, the carousel is displayed, it’s all good.
If I browse my website in private mode, or while logged off, it’s not showing up.

Any idea where that could come from?

    Hello,

Please make sure that you are using the correct shortcode on the page.

Go to Dashboard > Post Slider, check the slider shortcode.
Now, Edit the page in WordPress, scroll down at the shortcode tab in the oceanwp settings section and match the shortcode.

If not resolved with the above, Try to disable all the nonocean plugins and check if it is working well or facing the same issue. If working well, enable the plugins one-by-one, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    Hi Abhishek,
Thank you so much for your reply!

So, I checked the sliders settings, everything seemed fine.
Then, I checked the page where I use the shortcode. It was the right shortcode at the right place.
I poked a couple of plugins to turn them on and off, namely “Elementor” and “Ultimate Member”.

I’m not sure which of these actions fixed the issue but it’s working now ??
    Thanks again =)

Glad to hear that issue has been resolved. ????

Please try to disable plugins one by one and refresh the page after enabling each plugin to find the victim plugin.
