• Hi, I have created my web using the free Ocean WP template. Somehow, the theme disappeared and following Siteground instructions, I have reinstalled it, and I still have all my pages and content in it. However, when I click in “visit the site” at the top left corner of the word press panel, I can only see the header and the footer, nothing else. Can someone help me please?

Sorry, Im not very tech savvy and Im not sure how to share the URL?

    https://activitiesmurcia.com/wp-admin/about.php

Thats the URL of my dashboard, and if you click in the name of the site and in the “visit site” option, you can only see the header and the footer. Can it be because the “under construction” mode is ON? All the pages are there and working ok….

As I said, I installed, Ocean and then, when I visited “themes” the theme Ocean had dissapeared. The active theme didn′t have a name or a photo and when clicked on it, it said “false version”. “Error, style sheet is missing”.

Im not very sure if something is broken with my website or not. Not sure if someone could enter and check the issue?

    Hello @lauraquijano,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Did you do the troubleshooting steps I mentioned above?

    What was the result?

If you haven’t done these steps yet, please complete them and inform us of the outcome: https://postimg.cc/G4TNWT5r.

Technically, by deactivating the plugins, you can find the reason for the issue; it could be related to the enabled maintenance mode.

It is the URL of your website: https://activitiesmurcia.com/, and since your website is in maintenance mode, we can’t see the page’s source to understand what plugins you have.

If you are using Elementor, make sure to use the “theme” for designing page layouts: https://elementor.com/help/using-elementors-canvas-page-template/.

Also, if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    I hope it helps.
    Please keep us posted.
    Best Regards
