Ocean themes credit appearing in search engines

    I have installed the free OceanWP theme on my WordPress site and personalized the footer credits. However, the theme credits are still appearing in search engines, which makes it look unprofessional. Could you please help?

    First of all, I have to say that we have no control over search engines and do not forcibly place any credit on your site. Everything present on our products is fully editable, and no one has reported this issue before. Additionally, changes in search engines may take at least two weeks to reflect.

    Kindly provide us with some screenshots, a short video + live URL, or any documentation of the issue you encountered, step by step, so we can better understand and investigate it.
