Ocean WP demo import is broken

    Hi,

    after hours of going around all the forums and trying multiple solutions, I’m still blocked : when I try to import the demo Gym of the theme OceanWP, it shows without CSS.
    I increased my memory limit PHP to 512M, I increased the import data as well.
    I tried to reset WordPress then download everything back but nothing is working. I tried doing the same with Astra and it is still not working. I’m a bit lost and frustrated.
    Can you help, please ?

    Hi,

    I have followed the steps from this link;

    but it didn’t work as well.

    I have tried all of these;

    1) fresh install WP and start all over
    2) WP reset and start all over
    3) increase memory to 512MB
    4) manual download and installation of styles, settings (.xml, .dat, .json)
    5) Reset Database
    6) Got hosting provider to assist
    7) Fresh install 3 other demo themes
    8) Submitted tickets to Customer Service of OceanWP.org but no replies so far
    9) Do all of the above over and over again for 4 days now.

    Nothing works.

    Really don’t know what else to do now.

    Ok, received several responses from OceanWP. No solution yet but hopefully there will be one soon. Fingers crossed.

    Got my website ok already. I don’t know what they did. But everything is perfect now.
