    Hi guys!

I′m using Ocean WP and Elementor PRO. No custom code as I don′t know CSS unfortunately.

The menu on the web-page appears duplicated though it looks fine in the Elementor editor. I have checked previous solutions for this issue but either I can′t implement them properly or they don′t work.

Please help solving it. Thank you!

    Hello,

Did you add the two menu widgets? One for the desktop and another one for mobile?

For the testing, please switch to any default thee like twentytwenty and check if it is working or getting the same issue.

Hello! I have switched to Twentytwenty theme and the result is even worse. Now the header occupies almost all the screen and I can′t reduce it by adjusting anything from Elementor.

As far as I know, I have only one menu widget.

Any thoughts? Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

As checked you have currently activated the twentytwenty and seems working well with it.

Can you please switch back again to the OceanWP theme and let us know.?

Also, Try to disable all the nonocean plugins except elementor and check if it is working well or facing the same issue. If working well, enable the plugins one-by-one, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

I can′t identify the problem nor solve it.

After seeing a couple of videos on how to find, troubleshoot and fix probems your WordPress site, I have encountered the culprit – disabling Elementor Pro plugin gets rid of all menus. The web looks fine but I wanted at least one menu shown on the web page.

As the Elementor Pro is my main web building instrument, I don′t see the reason why keep it disabled will help me.

Solved by Elementor support team – regenerating CSS.

WordPress Dashboard > Elementor >Tools > General > Regenerate CSS > click on Regenerate Files
