Two reasons can cause the issue:

1. The Ocean Post Slider plugin has been deactivated.
To resolve this, simply activate the plugin, and then you will be able to see the slider instead of the shortcode.

2. That shortcode has been deleted.
To resolve this, rebuild the slider on the WP Dashboard > Post Slider > Add New(Shortcode), or restore any items in the trash.
