OceanWP – anchor doesn’t work

    Hi all, I have added a anchor point (‘pricing’)in my page and created a custom link in my menu with url ‘#pricing’. But when go into my menu and click on pricing, nothing happened. I do see the link showing in the left bottom corner of my page but it doesnt bring be to the section where I put my anchor point.

    Hopefully someone can help me out on this.

    Hi, have you tried to disable all your plugins to see if there is a conflict?

    Hi I just deactivated all plugins except the ocean extra, ocean wp and elementor but still no luck.

    Hi, try to disable them too, just the theme needs to be active, then tell me if it works.

    I find what is the problem, sorry I not looked correctly, well, you have added your anchor in your navigation which is good, but you need to add the same ID for your sections, or example, for the “#pricing” anchor, you need to add the “pricing” ID in the section where you want to scroll.

    It’s working now ! Thought I did have the Id added but guess I have deleted it by mistake.
