OceanWP hangs up when closing lightbox

    I’m setting up a website using OceanWP with the help of Elementor. When I place an image or Image Carousel in Elementor, all works fine, except when I click on the picture to display it in the lightbox. The enlarged image appears, but when I click the X icon to close it, the image goes away and the screen “grays out” (turns dark). The site is locked up until I refresh the browser. I’ve deactivated plugins, but still the problem persists. Any suggestions?

    Hello, from the code I see, it’s come from the Elementor lightbox, you will need to contact them.

    Thanks for your prompt response! I wasn’t sure if the lightbox was Elementor’s or something supplied by the system. I’ll check with the Elementor folks.

    FYI, I just discovered that if the Elementor content selection “Lightbox” is “No,” then everything works fine. If “default” or “yes” is selected, the problem returns. I could not find documentation for that selection, so it was only by trial and error experimentation that I discovered the solution.

    Hi, you’re welcome ??
    You can also disable the theme lightbox if you prefer to use the Elementor lightbox.
