OceanWP Homepage for Personal loayout not working

  • I am new to wordpress and blogging, however have been figuring things out so far. Whenever I decrease the number of items in my post slider, the slider would appear on the homepage, but not the posts/blogs below the slider. I am using the Personal layout for my website.

    Please help. I’ve tried on both Chrome and safari browsers.

  • Hello,

    Go to Dashboard > post slider > copy the shortcode.

    now go to the Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header > General and scroll down the panel. You will see Content After Header field. Paste your slider shortcode here.

    After that go to the Dashboard > pages > Find Home and click on edit link. In the edit page > oceanwp settings > shortcode > delete the slider shortcode from here and update the page. Now reload your site.

    Thank you for your help.

    I found the Content After Header field in the edit page > oceanwp settings > shortcode section. Not the in Appearance > Customize > Header > General. So was not able to follow your steps exactly so it didnt work for me. Not sure if you have any other ideas, but thank you for replying to me question.

    Content after header work for the minimal style header.

    You need to use Ocean Hooks plugin or use a child theme to achieve your requirement.
