OceanWP Hooks Extension Multisite Not Showing Up

OceanWP Hooks Extension not showing up in the Theme Panel section.

The plugin is installed and activated but when I go to a any subdomain of the multisite network there is no HOOKS option in the Theme panel section.

Please help!
