OceanWP is already integrated – here the taxonomy gets labeled as “Library Categories” – and is hooked as a submenu on the “Theme Panel”.
Yes, this library is like reusable blocks as the base principle, absolutely. I just try to follow for every integration the wording & labels from the post type I add the taxonomy. I hope this makes sense.
If you want to rename the integration for OceanWP (maybe to “Block Categories”) this is also possible via filtering the integration arguments. If you are intested, I provide you the code snippet of course.
