OceanWP mobile ver. not working

  • Hello,
    I am having problems with the mobile version.
    It doesn’t work on mobile.

    It says: Fatal error: Call to undefined function oceanwp_post_id() in /membri/threeel/wp-content/plugins/ocean-extra/includes/metabox/metabox.php on line 1893

    The ocean extra is the latest version 1.5.0 and the theme (ver. 1.6.1) too.

    Try to follow the below steps and check it fixes the issue or not.
    1. Update the PHP version if it is not PHP7.
    2. Disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict.
    I just visited on your site but didn’t see the issue on mobile view. Can you please tell me exactly where you are seeing this error?

    Can I know what do I need Ocean Extra for?
    Because it’s that the problem.
    I deactivated the Ocean Extra and now there are no problem with the mobile version.

    I found the problem.
    I just had to disable the mobile version from the wordpress panel and it’s solved (._.)…

    Glad to hear that it is fixed. Ocean Extra is the base plugin for the OceanWP which adds lots of additional features like OceanWP settings metabox, widgets, customizer panel, theme panel etc.
    To update the PHP version, you need to contact your host or do it by yourself login to the cPanel.
