    Hi,
I am very new to wordpress, php and oceanwp. I want to create product archive page for certain brand. I didn’t define brands as woocommerce categories. Hence I have to create page/template for those. I add only the woocommerce shortcode [products column=4] in the page editor. It seems oceanwp puts a header but without list/grid, number of products per page. How can I get them to show (without editing php file or using page editor or any plugin) ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello, when you install WooCommerce, the plugin create automatically some pages like the Shop page, it is the page where you will see all your products listed and it is on this page that you will see the list/grid buttons, and other options.

Yes. I understand you. But when I create other pages if I insert [products] short code, it will show 2 horizontal line splitter without showing list/grid buttons, and other options as you can see in the link, which I think its a theme issue. I want those options to show correctly in the page not created automatically by WooCommerce.

Ah yes, this is a custom taxonomy page, right? Another user asked me the same thing ??
I will check why it doesn’t appear on custom taxonomy pages.

I am having the same exact problem. I was just getting ready to start another string, but there is no point in doing so now. I will just wait it out and see what happens here.

    Can’t wait it out here.

Hello @vt18472, yes this issue is resolved, update OCeanWP, now you will have the list/grid buttons on taxonomy page too.
